A 24 hour cancellation policy is in place and the fee is 50% of your total appointment price. Please be mindful when booking your appointment as bookings made within 24 hours of your appointment are also subject to the fee if cancelled. With that in mind, please ensure proper notice for all appointment changes.

If you’re feeling sick or under the weather, please reschedule your appointment to help keep everyone healthy. I’ll be happy to see you when you’re feeling better! If you do arrive feeling unwell, I may need to turn you away, and the late cancellation fee will apply. Thanks for understanding!

For inclement weather during the winter time, the York Region District School Board policies will be followed. If buses or schools are closed, the cancellation fee will be waived.
